Planing millers for products of all kinds
A solid miller outclasses in terms of profitability of the tool if it is often used with the same profile. Service life is longer in comparison to a tipped miller. Simultaneously a solid miller canbe re-sharpened more often as the grinding zone is 2 to 3 times longer as opposed to a tipped miller. Tipped millers consist of a milling body with soldered-on teeth.
For different kinds of wood different fittings are required. Tipped millers are more favourable in terms of prices, especially in case of complicated profiles. The shorter tooth provides less re-sharpening and is therefore much more suitable for shorter series. Subsequent fitting is possible at low charge.
